Notable notes about our membership

• Sue Pribis, Bow Memorial School is the state winner of the 2004 Christa McAuliffe Sabbatical
• Curtis Edwards, Bow High School, is the 2004 Technology Teacher of the Year!
• Connie Evans, Bow High School, was the 2003 NH World Language Teacher of the Year.
• Kay Shoubash, Bow High School, was the 2003 NH Family and Consumer Science Teacher of the Year. 
• Heidi Pauer, Bow High School was the 2003 NH English Teacher of the Year.
• George Pinkham, Bow Memorial, was named the New England Soccer Coach of the Year this year in the Division One Category and represented New England at Kansas City in January, 2003.  He is being inducted into the NH Soccer Association’s Hall of Fame.
• Muriel Hall, Bow Memorial teacher and webmaster for the school, was the NH winner of the Excellence in Education Award 2002 and went to Washington for National Award ceremonies last December.
• Sarah Bragg, Bow Elementary, received a $25,000 Milkin Award in 2000 in recognition of her outstanding teaching ability.
• Christa McAuliffe of the Challenger was president of the BEA while she taught here in Bow.
• Our teachers routinely present workshops all across the state and region at various conferences as leaders in their content areas.
