- Bow Education Association
- We are the professional organization for the teachers
in the Bow School District. We are made up of the teachers, nurses, and guidance
counselors who take care of your children. Over 80% of all the professionals in our
district belong to this organization and we have represented the teachers of this district
since the early 1980's. We are proud of our history, our teachers, and our role in
the development of the Bow School System.

How this translates:
- we represent teachers in negotiating for a collective
bargaining agreement and support them when they need help or have questions concerning the
agreement
- we run a yearly blood drive, collect for a community
holiday basket, give scholarships to college-bound seniors, celebrate Read Across America and American
Education Week, and sponsor professional workshops, such as the "I can do
it" classroom managment program for new teachers
- we make sure our members have the information they
need to be productive and valuable members of the Bow Community.
