Please Note the Following:

  • Mailed registration materials must be postmarked by the U.S. deadlines.

  • Mailed international registration materials must be received by the international deadlines.

  • On March 10, only the SAT is offered, and only in the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Puerto Rico.

  • Sunday administrations will occur the day after each Saturday test date for students who cannot test on Saturday for religious reasons. The October Sunday Test day is October 22, to avoid conflict with Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah.

  • The Language Tests with Listening are offered in November only.

  • For students testing outside the U.S., U.S. territories, and Puerto Rico: Web registration, and telephone re-registration must be received by the international deadline dates listed above.

Most SAT-related fees are transferable but not refundable. The only refundable fees are for:

  • services you ordered on your Registration Form for a test date that you later missed.

  • additional score reports that you ordered on your Registration Form for a test date that you later missed.

If you ordered QAS and your order was not fulfilled, (for example, because you had to take a makeup test), contact us to find out if you are entitled to a refund.

Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.

PSAT Program Test Dates

The PSAT is a test given to high school Juniors in October.  It is also the National Merit Semi-Finalist Qualifying Test.  This site will explain the PSAT and the National Merit Competition plus online review questions.


Dates

In 2006 high schools can administer the PSAT/NMSQT either on Tuesday, October 17, or Saturday, October 21.

Bow High School will administer the PSAT on Saturday, October 21, 2006


Fees

The fee for the 2006 PSAT/NMSQT is $18.00. Note: Schools sometimes charge an additional fee to cover administrative costs. The College Board makes fee waivers available to schools for juniors from low-income families who can't afford the test fee. See your counselor for more information about fee waivers.

NOTE* The September 16, 2006, test date is available only in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
** Due to the special requirements of legislation in effect in New York, a February 2007 test is not scheduled in that state.
 

 


ACT Test and Service Fees

The basic fee for the ACT Assessment, which includes reports for you, your high school, and up to four college choices, is $29.00 in the 50 United States.  The Optional Writing Test (highly recommended) is an additional $14.00.  There are additional fees for late registration, standby testing, changing test centers or test dates, and for additional services and products. Includes reports for you, your high school, and up to four colleges requested at registration.
+ $8.00 each 5th and 6th college choices
Requested as part of registration; refundable if you do not test. Find out how much it costs to send your scores after you've tested.
+ $14.00 Optional Writing Test
The $14.00 Writing Test fee is refundable if you are absent on test day or you remove the Writing Test option before you begin testing.
+ $19.00 Late fee
+ $20.00 Test date change
For different date if absent on original date. If you request a test date change after the regular deadline for the new date, a late fee also applies.
