The Problem:

Together, we have learned lots of things this semester.  This is your opportunity to express what you have learned (not a list of activities!!) throughout the past half year.  The task for your team of two is to generate a ten-minute multimedia presentation for the class to enjoy.  Although you went through the same activities, you each have a different perspective on the outcomes learned.  Finding those differences is what will make your presentation stand apart from the others.  Please feel free to use some humor to tell your story, performing a short skit in the middle might be just the way to convey that unique experience.  It is encouraged that you show any frustrations you may have encountered during the class.  You should use your good judgment about what material might be considered offensive to others.  The most important aspect is to make your presentation as thorough as possible, do not feel bound to put the information in chronological order.  You and your partner are encouraged to have as much fun as you possibly can with this project, but…remember this is 20% of your semester grade so do a great job.

Objectives:

1.       Recall the information learned during a semester course in Technology.

2.       Apply the problem solving method.

3.       Employ the principles of design.

4.       Practice computer skills learned during earlier classes.

5.       Communicate both orally and visually with the language of technology.

6.       Generate a technical, multimedia group presentation.

Evaluation:

1.      Use of class time: Quality, neatness, and creativity process.  (40 points)

2.      Content: Complete, thorough.  (35 points)

3.      Group presentation. (20 points)

4.      Humor. (5 points)
