Making its debut with the SCORTEC-ER 4pc, is SCORBASE for Windows, a unique operating platform that allows for programming and teaching of positions via a Graphic User Interface (GUI). An essential component of today's automated manufacturing systems is the use of robots to handle materials. With intelitek's Robotics and Materials Handling teklink, students discover the work cell fundamentals and applications of robotics in modem manufacturing. The Robotics and Materials Handling teklinks offer a comprehensive teaching system with Scorbase, a Windows based software that provides the easiest robotic operating software available. The SCORBOT-ER 4pc features a new, state-of-the-art PC based controller with a separate microprocessor for each axis. The microprocessor system provides all the advantages of parallel processing, fully digital, noise immune tight control with 1 milli second servo cycle time. The payoff is smooth motion control, precise trajectory, precision and the best repeatability in its class.

SCORBOT-ER 4pc Teach Pendant

The teach pendant for the SCORBOT-ER 4pc allows for teaching positions, charting movements and running programs with the push of a button. Designed to meet stringent industrial standards, it incorporates a "dead-man" switch and emergency stop button for additional safety. The SCORBOT-ER 4pc teach pendant enables position teaching and testing in joint mode or Cartesian coordinates (XYZ).
