BMS Student Council

December was a busy month with the food and toy drives. Thank you to all who contributed to those efforts. The BMS community always does a wonderful job donating toys to Friends of Forgotten Children and food to the Capital Region Food Program.

The December dance was held Friday, the 11th and all who attended had a wonderful time. Thank you to our parent chaperones for all they do! We look forward to the Neon Dance on January 22! All proceeds will go to the "Helping Hands for Haiti" fund.

The Talent Show is coming Thursday, February 18. Auditions are scheduled during the month of January. Anyone interested in being in the show should sign up on the Student Council bulletin board and complete an audition form. We look forward to a great show in February!

Mark your calendars—the Student Council Annual American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, March 2 in the BMS cafĂ© from 3:15-7:30! The BMS Student Council members will be assisting the Red Cross with the drive and providing babysitting services.

BMS Math Team

Our energized math team recently traveled to Concord Christian to compete against CCA, Henniker, and Hopkinton in the second CVML meet of the year. Six rounds later, our students were on top, remaining in first place for the season. Our next meet will be held on February 18 at Hopkinton Middle/High School. Congratulations, mathematicians!
