MATH TEAM

     If you enjoy mathematics, BMS Math Team is for you!  There are no tryouts; anyone who is interested is encouraged to join. 

• At  BMS we have both a 7th/8th grade team coached by Mrs. Hall and a 5th/6th grade team coached by Mrs. Hartung.

• 5th and 6th grade practices are held on Tuesdays from 8:00AM to 8:30APM in Mrs. Hartung's room #35. 

• 7th and 8th grade practices are held on Thursdays from 8:00AM to 8:30AM in Mrs. Hall's room #26.

• Our competing team is made up of students from grades 6-8.  Fifth graders do not attend the monthly meets, but do have fun at weekly practices and learn a lot, too.  Sixth graders attend the weekly practices and participate in the monthly meets on a limited basis.  Bow hosts an end-of-year meet for all 5th/6th graders.   

• Bow Memorial School is a member of the Contoocook Valley Math League.  Other area teams include Hopkinton, Henniker, Hillsboro, Hudson, Hooksett, and Concord Christian.
