Junior Great Books
Students have the opportunity to participate in the Junior Great Books program lead by trained leaders. Junior Great Books is a program which uses classic stories and encourages higher order thinking. Children are asked to interpret what they have read and support their opinions with passages from the story. They must support an argument with reasoning and evidence, and they must be able to maintain a purposeful discussion.
