Registering for SAT's: This link lists testing sites, dates, times, what to bring to the test, and how to access scores after testing.

Taking the ACT's: This link will help you answer questions about the ACT, an assessment designed to assess high school students' general education and their ability to complete college-level work. The test covers four skill areas: English, mathematics, reading and science. Coming in 2005-the writing assessment.

Filling out the common application: The Common Application is a general application that is accepted at over 250 colleges and universities across the country, including many regularly applied to by BHS students.

The Princeton Review College Search: This website can help you narrow your field of choices for colleges and universities.

College Search through the Collegeboard: This is another website that allows you to look at over 3500 different colleges and universities to help you narrow your search.

Writing College Essays: This website provides tips and tutorials for writing college essays, as well as sample "well done" and poorly done" essays.

NCAA Clearinghouse Online: This website provides information about the courses/SAT scores/GPA you need to be eligible in college for athletics in Division I, II, and III.

FAFSA On the Web-U.S. Department of Education: Direct link to the official FAFSA site. You can fill this form out online for free, and it is required by every student getting financial aid/loans/scholarships for college.

New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation: A free website and organization located in Concord for NH residents. They can help with everything from college applications, essay writing, scholarship information, financial aid, college tours, etc.

New Hampshire Charitable Foundation: This link provides a list of all state and local scholarships available to students who are NH residents.
