Helpful hints to use at homeCurriculum Notes
The kindergarten program is developmentally appropriate for 4, 5, and 6 year olds. Language Arts, Math, Writing, Science and Social Studies are integrated through art, music, and movement in a multi-centered /multi-sensory learning environment. A variety of themes will be used throughout the year to encompass all areas of the curriculum.
Our program consists of approximately 80 kindergarten students. We have 5 sessions daily. The 3 morning sessions run from 7:50 to 10:40, while the 2 afternoon sessions run from 11:50 until 2:20.
We begin our school year with our bear theme. More detailed information will be provided in our newsletters. Children will bring a copy home and the current newsletter will be posted on our web page.
