Fun Students
Science class is beginning.
Each student made a "hot air balloon" with a plastic bag. They are "firing it up."
The i ndividual designs on each "ballooon" are quite fun.
The students are quite fun too!
They are always greeting us with a smile, and sometimes peace signs, sometimes in English.
Time for Work
This is an art class andthe students are making small enamel-type pin tops.
The teacher uses the "kiln" to fire the pin tops.
Look closely and you will see some of their work.

These students are cutting up pork for today's soup. It was yummy. We had some for lunch!

Very Nice Serving Dishes
These are brooms that students use to sweep with after school is out and before "activity" time.
My camera was filled with 472 photos and wouldn't let me photograph any more, so I caught the rest of the day on video: Having lunch with the students, three girls playing music for me (including the Beatles), About 30 Women doing traditional dances with us (average age was 84!)their faces were grinning ear to ear, teacher to teacher question and answer period, the JFMFers teachers teaching the high school teachers the Chicken Dance. Even Mr. Nakama joined us!
