Tsutomu Kimura, President of National Institution for Academic Degrees, delivers keynote speech. He spoke candidly about the suicide rate, the families honoring only academic achievement, and increased violence and bullying amongst the student population. |

Their school districts believe in and support global education. These two individuals are very activly involved in educational connections with many countries. Dr. Planner is the Assistant Supt. for the state of Wisconsin. Dr. Resmierski is Supt. of Schools in Northville, Michigan. |
Hiroya Ichikawa (on the left) is a professor of Sophia University, and Yuji Tsushima is a Diet Member (House of Representatives) They engaged in an active presentation in English about the Japanese Government. Mr. Tsushima has been in the House of Representatives for 30 years. |

Takahiro Miyao from the International University of Japan, shared his concerns about Japan's growth rate, which is very low. He prefers immigration in Japan because Japan has been homogeneous, but the authorities are not ready to accept immigration.
