I am delighted to be the Library Media Specialist at Bow Elementary School!

For 26 years I enjoyed working as a classroom teacher in both the Second and Fourth Grades here at BES. Because of my particular love and interest in children’s literacy, research and media, I thought it would be an exciting opportunity to go back to school and earn my Library Media Certification while transitioning into the Library here at BES.

Wow, it's hard to believe that this is my fourth year in the Library. What a great adventure! I look forward to another eventful and fun year working with students, staff and community members in the Library Media Center!

I grew up in Vermont but I have lived in New Hampshire since college and in Bow since 1992. My husband's name is Brad and we have four children. We have a dog, Stevie, and two cats named Poppy and Binky. I love reading, quilting and long walks!
