Using Spreadsheets to Make Graphs

This is an introductory lesson in the use of a spreadsheet application to create line graphs.  (Students) As part of a multi disciplinary unit on the Iditarod Dog Sled Race, students will gather data about their musher’s standings over a 2 week period.  Data will be entered in a spreadsheet and displayed as a line graph.  Students learn to interpret graphs and then apply their knowledge in other graphing situations.
