Dear Parents:

            The Bow Elementary volunteer program has always been an invaluable part of the educational experience.  On September 13^th and 14^th, open houses will be held at BES where you will have an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and sign up for volunteer activities in the classroom.  In addition to the classroom, there are many areas where volunteers are needed including with at-home projects for those parents who are unable to come into the school, support areas such as the art rooms, library, enrichment programs and the school banking program.  There are also a number of school related events such as the magazine drive, ski and skate sales, picture days, Invention Convention, craft fair and Scholastic book fairs, just to mention a few.

            I keep an e-mail list of parents who wish to volunteer, or would like to be kept up-to-date with both the volunteer and PTO happenings at BES.

            If you are new to the school and would like to become involved, please fill out BOTH SIDES of this form and return it to your child’s teacher.
