29th Annual Bow PTO Craft Fair
November 22th, 2008
10 am – 4 pm
Thank you for your interest in the Bow PTO Craft Fair. The Fair is held each year on the Saturday just before Thanksgiving at the Bow High School. We have approximately 140 spaces available. Space size is 8’ wide by 6’ deep. Only one space may be requested during a crafter’s first year of participation. Additional spaces may be requested in subsequent years of participation as these spaces become available. Crafters set up in the foyer, gym and cafeteria of the high school. The rental and availability of electricity and tables is limited and accommodated on a first come/ first served basis.
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD MUST BE HANDMADE! Buy/sell items are not allowed. Our selection committee tries its best to keep the craft fair varied and balanced. This committee meets at the end of May to choose new crafters for open fair spots. New crafters chosen for participation will receive notification and applications by the end of June. The selection committee keeps all submissions on file. Crafters not chosen during the May selection process may still be considered if late cancellations occur.
Pictures and/or examples (which will not be returned) plus a full description of your handmade craft must be submitted to our selection committee by all crafters wishing to participate for the first time. The deadline for submission is May 15, 2008. Send information to:

TIMES: Set-up 6 – 8:30 pm Friday night before fair
7:30 – 9:45 am Saturday morning of fair
